2017 RC Laser Southern Circuit
South East Florida RCL Winter Regatta
February 19, 2017
HOST: Sable Pines Model Yacht Club #106
LOCATION: Sable Springs Park, Coconut Creek, Florida
RULES: The regatta will be governed by the rules as defined in the current edition of Racing Rules of Sailing as modified by Appendix E, the sailing instructions, the AMYA RC Laser Class rules and by local conditions as necessary.
ENTRIES: ON LINE, RC Laser NA, 30 boat maximum.

ELIGIBILITY: The regatta is open to all RC Lasers owners.
FOOD AND DRINK: Lunch and beverages will be provided.

FORMAT: Will be announced at the event depending on the number of boats.
Single fleet or Gold/Silver fleets.
ENTRY FEE: The entry fee will be $22.00. Lunch and awards are included.
One t-shirt at first entry of a Southern Circuit Regatta.
After two entries in any of the five Southern Circuit events you will receive a free entry in a raffle for a new RC Laser donated by Intensity Sails. Drawing will be at the last event.
SCORING: The event will be scored under the Low Point System described in the Racing Rules of Sailing Appendix A. There will be one throw out race after the first six races have been scored. Ties will be broken according to Appendix A section 8.1 and 8.2.
PRIZES: The number of awards give will reflect on the number of participants.
