South East Florida RCL Winter Regatta
February 16, 2020
HOST: Sabal Pines Model Yacht Club #106
LOCATION: Exact area will be determined prior to the regatta, Coconut Creek, FL 33066
RULES: The regatta will be governed by the rules as defined in the current edition of Racing Rules of Sailing as modified by Appendix E, the sailing instructions, the AMYA RC Laser Class rules and by local conditions as necessary.
ENTRIES: 30 boat maximum. Skippers can enter online at www.rclaser.org, or by the direct entry form link: https://form.jotform.com/200086556177963/
ELIGIBILITY: The regatta is open to all RC Laser owners.
FOOD AND DRINK: Lunch and beverages will be provided.

FORMAT: Will be announced at the event depending on the number of boats.
Single fleet or Gold/Silver fleets.
ENTRY FEE: The entry fee will be $23.00. Lunch and awards are included.
One skippers gift at first entry of a Southern Circuit Regatta.
SCORING: The event will be scored under the Low Point System described in the Racing Rules of Sailing Appendix A. There will be one throw out race after the first six races have been scored. Ties will be broken according to Appendix A section 8.1 and 8.2.
PRIZES: The number of awards given will reflect on the number of participants.

All RC Laser logo or image merchandise sales must have written approval of “Out There Technology” and RC Laser NA two weeks prior to event.
