2015 Trick Or Treat Regatta

$25HOST: TAYC and the Oxford RC Laser Fleet
LOCATION: Tred Avon YC, 100 W. Strand, Oxford, MD 21654
RULES: This RC Laser regatta will be governed by The Racing Rules of Sailing 2013-2016, as amended by Appendix E for RC sailing, prescriptions of US Sailing, class rules of the RC Laser Class and further sailing instructions as announced by the Race Director during the course of event.
ELIGIBILITY: The regatta is open to anyone with an RC Laser, first come, first serve. There will be a waiting list if more than 30 boats attempt to register.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
Friday, October 23rd, 2015
Practice racing after 1pm. The yacht club will be closed on Friday but the rest rooms will be open.
Saturday, October 24th, 2015
8:00 am Continental Breakfast. Coffee, OJ & Bagels
9:00 am Skippers meeting. Racing begins following meeting
12:00 pm Lunch Break. Cold Cuts, Salad, Hot Soup, Cookies Buffet, Cash Bar
3:30 pm No race to begin after 3:30pm. Prizes to follow
Lunch, continental breakfast, awards in two fleets as well as skipper gift included in fee. Guest breakfast and lunch can be ordered in registration link and mail-in registration form.
Awards presentation will follow as soon as final scores are tabulated.
FORMAT: We will sail a few seeding races and then divide the fleet into Gold and Silver Fleets.

ENTRY FEE: $25. Guest breakfast buffet is $4.00. Guest lunch is $11.00.
SCORING: The event will be scored under the Low Point System described in the Racing Rules of Sailing Appendix A. For each 6 races are sailed, a boat’s worst score will be excluded.
PRIZES: Trophies will be awarded to the top 5 skippers in Gold and top three skippers in Silver
