NOTICE OF RACE

2016 RC Laser North American Championship Regatta

October 22nd & 23rd 2016
St Petersburg, FL

SPONSOR: AMYA Tampa Bay RC Laser Fleet #352, and is organized under the authority of AMYA, RC Laser Class, and the Tampa Bay RC Laser Fleet.

RULES: The regatta will be governed by the “rules” as defined in the Rules of Sailing, as modified by Appendix E, Notice of Race and sailing instructions, and the AMYA RC Laser Class Rules.

ELIGIBILITY: The regatta is open to all RC Laser owners.

SAILING LOCATION: Freedom Lake Park, 9990 46th N, Pinellas, FL 33782

ENTRY: Regatta will be limited to 30 boats.
Eligible boats and skippers may be entered by completing online registration Entry Form and submitting it prior to October 9th, 2016 with an entry fee of $55. Entry fee includes coffee and light fare, lunch Saturday and Sunday, Trophies for Gold and Silver Fleets (with registration over 20 boats), sailor’s gift.

Mid-day lunch break
Racing continues
3:30 pm	No races will start
6:30 pm	Cocktails at GIGI’s Restaurant
7:00 pm	Dinner at GIGI’s Restaurant (Dutch Treat)
Sunday, October 23, 2016
9:30 am	Skippers Meeting
10:00 am	Racing begins for Gold and Silver Fleets
Mid-day lunch break
3:00 pm	No races will start
3:30 pm	Awards

SCORING: Racing will be under low point system.
